The CMDO network

Since 2014, ICAN has established strong links with the Quebec Network for Research on Cardiometabolic Health, Diabetes and Obesity (CMDO) with the objective of creating a strategic and lasting partnership between France and Quebec on training in the research in the field of cardiometabolic health, diabetes and obesity. This transatlantic program allows young research professionals from the IHU-ICAN and all the universities of Quebec on Canadian soil to work together each year.
These inter-university meetings stimulate collaboration between transatlantic laboratories. Meetings at scientific congresses (ICAN series and CMDO scientific meetings) increase the influence and scope of everyone’s work and stimulate collaboration.

Whether you are destined for public or private research, or whether you simply want to enhance your PhD in a new professional environment, this camp is made for you.

Organized over 3 days, on June 21, 22 and 23 in Paris*, this camp was an opportunity to discover all the perspectives open to you thanks to our partner Adoc TM (https://www.adoc- PhD placement specialist for more than 10 years.

The campers had the opportunity to meet many PhDs reconverted in science and innovation professions from the IHU ICAN.
